Send Files

This action sends documents to the customer via messenger or email.

Supported Formats

• PDF documents

• Images (JPG, PNG)

• Spreadsheets (XLS, XLSX)

• Presentations (PPT, PPTX)

• Other files

Configuration

1. Select action Send Files

2. Select delivery method:

   • Via chat (messenger)

   • Via email

3. Select files from uploaded documents

4. Click Save

How to Add Documents

Documents are uploaded in AI Agents → Documents section:

1. Open the agent

2. Go to Documents tab

3. Click Upload File

4. Select file from computer

5. After upload, the file will be available in triggers

Example

Trigger condition:

Customer asks for price list or catalog

Action:

• Method: Via chat

• Documents: Price List 2024.pdf, Product Catalog.pdf

Important

• Files must be uploaded to the system beforehand

• For email delivery, customer email is required

• File size is limited (depends on messenger)
