Connect Instagram Direct for automatic responses in DMs through your AI agent.
Requirements
Instagram Business account
Connecting Instagram
Step 1: Open agent settings
Go to AI Agents section
Select an existing agent or create a new one
Open the "Integrations" tab
Step 2: Select Instagram
In the "Messengers" section, click on the Instagram card.
Step 3: Connect via Facebook
Click "Continue with Facebook" button
Log into your Facebook account
Select your Instagram business account
Confirm permissions for Constanta
Step 4: Complete
After successful authorization, status will change to "Installed".
Your AI agent will automatically respond to Instagram Direct messages.

Disconnecting Instagram
Open agent → "Integrations" tab
Click on Instagram card
Click "Disconnect"
