Connect Instagram Direct for automatic responses in private messages through the AI agent.

Connecting Instagram

Step 1: Open Agent Settings

1. Go to the AI Agents section

2. Select the desired agent or create a new one

3. Open the "Integrations" tab

Step 2: Select Instagram

In the "Messengers" section, click on the Instagram card.

Step 3: Connect via Facebook

1. Click the "Continue with Facebook" button

2. Log in to your Facebook account

3. Select the Instagram business account

4. Confirm permissions for Constanta

Step 4: Completion

After successful authorization, the status will change to "Installed".

The AI agent will automatically respond to messages in Instagram Direct.

Limitations

Limitation	Description
Direct Only	Comments on posts are not processed
Business Account	Personal accounts are not supported

Disconnecting Instagram

1. Open agent → "Integrations" tab

2. Click on Instagram card

3. Click "Disconnect"
