Connect WhatsApp for automatic customer responses through your AI agent.

Connecting WhatsApp

Step 1: Open agent settings

1. Go to AI Agents section

2. Select an existing agent or create a new one

3. Open the "Integrations" tab

Step 2: Select WhatsApp

In the "Messengers" section, click on the WhatsApp card.

Step 3: Choose app type

Select which WhatsApp you use:

Type	Description
WhatsApp Business App	For business accounts with extended features
WhatsApp App	For personal numbers

We recommend using WhatsApp Business for customer communication.

Step 4: Connect via Facebook

1. Click "Continue with Facebook" button

2. Log into your Facebook account

3. Select your page and WhatsApp number

4. Confirm permissions for Constanta

Step 5: Complete

After successful authorization, status will change to "Installed".

Your AI agent will automatically respond to incoming WhatsApp messages.

Installed	Channel is connected and working
Not connected	Connection required

---

Disconnecting WhatsApp

1. Open agent → "Integrations" tab

2. Click on WhatsApp card

3. Click "Disconnect"
