A role defines:
Agent's communication manner
Specialization (sales, support, consulting)
Behavior rules and limitations
Typical work scenarios
Viewing Roles
Go to Agent Training → Agent Roles
View list of available roles
Click on a role to view details
Creating a Role
Go to Agent Training → Agent Roles
Click Create Role
Fill in parameters:
Name
Icon
Description
Instructions
Click Save
Role Parameters
Name
Role name (e.g., "Sales Manager")
Icon
Visual role identifier
Description
Brief description of role purpose
Instructions
Detailed behavior instructions
Available Icons
16 icons are available for roles:
Specialists (support, sales, consultant)
Industries (medical, finance, technology)
General (star, chat, document)
Applying Role to Agent
Open agent editor
Go to Main tab
Find Agent Role field
Select role from list
Click Save
Role instructions are added to agent's system instruction.
Role Examples
Sales Manager
Tech Support Specialist
Consultant
Editing and Deleting
Editing — click on role, modify parameters, save
Deleting — click delete icon, confirm
