One response = one message sent by the AI agent to a customer.

Not charged:

  • Incoming messages from customers

  • System notifications

  • Trigger messages (templates)

  • Test messages in test chat

Subscription Management

How to change plans?

  1. Go to Account → Billing

  2. Select a new plan

  3. Confirm payment

Upgrade — difference charged proportionally to remaining days. Downgrade — new plan activates in the next period.

How to cancel subscription?

  1. Go to Account → Billing

  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"

  3. Confirm cancellation

Access remains until the end of the paid period.


Refunds

We provide refunds within 7 days after payment if you haven't used more than 10% of the response limit.
