Connect a Telegram bot for automatic customer responses through your AI agent.

Preparation: Create a Bot

Before connecting, you need a Telegram bot:

  1. Open Telegram and find @BotFather

  2. Send /newbot

  3. Enter bot name (e.g., "Company Sales")

  4. Enter username (e.g., company_sales_bot)

  5. Copy the token

Keep your token secure! Don't share it with third parties.

Connecting Telegram

Step 1: Open agent settings

  1. Go to AI Agents section

  2. Select an existing agent or create a new one

  3. Open the "Integrations" tab

Step 2: Select Telegram

In the "Messengers" section, click on the Telegram card.

Step 3: Enter bot token

  1. Paste the token from @BotFather

  2. Click "Connect"

Step 4: Complete

After successful connection, status will change to "Installed".

Your AI agent will automatically respond to messages in your Telegram bot.

Testing

  1. Find your bot in Telegram by username

  2. Click "Start" or send a message

  3. Check that AI agent responds

Disconnecting Telegram

  1. Open agent → "Integrations" tab

  2. Click on Telegram card

  3. Click "Disconnect"
