Constanta supports integrations with popular messengers. The AI agent automatically responds to customers in the selected channels.

How to Connect a Channel

Important! Messengers are connected only in Constanta, NOT in Kommo. Constanta creates deals in your Kommo automatically. If you connect a channel in both places, you'll get duplicate deals.

1. Go to the AI Agents section

2. Select an agent or create a new one

3. Open the "Integrations" tab

4. In the "Messengers" section, select the desired channel

5. Follow the connection instructions

Channel Statuses

Status	Meaning
Installed	Channel is connected and working
Not Connected	Connection required

The AI agent will only respond at the pipeline stages you have activated in the agent settings.
