  2. Select an agent from the dropdown

Test Chat Features

Agent Selection

At the top of the chat — a dropdown to select which agent you want to test.

Conversation History

Chat saves message history within the session. Agent considers context of previous messages.

Response Sources

After agent's response, knowledge base sources used to form the answer are displayed.

Clear History

Clear button allows starting a new conversation from scratch.

What to Test

Greeting

Check how agent greets and introduces itself.
