How to Connect a Channel

Important! Messengers are connected only in Constanta, NOT in Kommo. Constanta automatically creates deals in your Kommo. If you connect a channel in both places — you'll get duplicate deals.

1. Go to AI Agents section

2. Select an agent or create a new one

3. Open the "Integrations" tab

4. In the "Messengers" section, select the channel

5. Follow the connection instructions

Channel Status

Status	Meaning
Installed	Channel is connected and working
Not connected	Connection required

AI agent will only respond on pipeline stages that you've activated in agent settings.
