Articles contain information that the AI agent uses for responses.

Creating an Article

  1. Go to Knowledge BaseArticles

  2. Click Create Article

  3. Fill in the fields:

    • Title

    • Content

    • Categories

  4. Click Save

Article Parameters

Brief article name

Content

Article text with information

Categories

One or more categories

Status

Active or inactive

Article Status

  • Active — article is used by the agent

  • Inactive — article is not used (draft or outdated)

Toggle status to temporarily disable an article without deleting.

Attaching Files

Documents can be attached to an article:

  1. Open article for editing

  2. Find Attachments section

  3. Click Upload File

  4. Select file (PDF, image, spreadsheet)

Agent can reference these files or send them to customers.

Editing an Article

  1. Find article in the list

  2. Click on article or edit icon

  3. Modify content

  4. Click Save

Deleting an Article

  1. Find article in the list

  2. Click delete icon

  3. Confirm deletion

Bulk Actions

  • Select multiple articles with checkboxes

  • Use bulk actions:

    • Activate

    • Deactivate

    • Delete

Search and Filtering

  • Search — by title and content

  • Status filter — active/inactive

  • Category filter — articles in specific category

Writing Recommendations

Title

  • Brief and clear

  • Reflects article essence

  • Example: "Product Return Policy"

Content

  • Structured text

  • Lists for enumerations

  • Specific information without filler
