The settings section allows you to manage AI agent operations and Kommo CRM connection.

AI Agent Management

Agent Stop Rules

Toggle: Stop AI agents in chat when employee responds

When enabled:

  • AI agents will stop responding in chat as soon as an employee sends a message

  • This allows the manager to take over the conversation

Auto-Resume Rules

AI agents will automatically resume responding to new customer messages after the selected time period.

Parameters:

  • Resume after — number (e.g., 30)

  • Time unit — days, weeks, months

Example: If set to "30 days" — the agent will start responding again 30 days after an employee took over the conversation.

Kommo CRM

This is where connection and synchronization with Kommo CRM happens.

Connection Status

  • Active (green indicator) — CRM is connected and working

  • Not connected — authorization required

Connecting Kommo

If Kommo is not connected:

  1. Click Connect Kommo button

  2. You will be redirected to Kommo authorization page

  3. Log in to your Kommo account

  4. Grant access to Constanta

  5. After successful authorization, you'll return to settings

Synchronization Statistics

After connection, the following is displayed:

Date and time of last synchronization

Actions

  • Refresh CRM — synchronize data from Kommo (pipelines, stages, users, fields)

  • Disconnect — disable Kommo integration

When to Refresh CRM

Click "Refresh CRM" if:

  • You added a new pipeline in Kommo

  • You created new deal stages

  • You added new users

  • You created new deal or contact fields

Saving Changes

After changing settings, click Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
