The settings section allows you to manage AI agent operations and Kommo CRM connection.

AI Agent Management

Agent Stop Rules

Toggle: Stop AI agents in chat when employee responds

When enabled:

  • AI agent pauses when a real employee replies to the customer

  • Prevents overlap between agent and human responses

  • Agent remains stopped until auto-resume triggers

Auto-Resume Rules

Parameters:

  • Resume after — number (e.g., 30)

  • Time unit — days, weeks, months

After the specified period of inactivity, the AI agent automatically resumes communication.

  • Refresh CRM — sync data from Kommo

  • Disconnect — disable Kommo integration

Connecting Kommo

If Kommo is not connected yet:

  1. Click Connect Kommo

  2. Authorize in your Kommo account

  3. Grant access permissions

  4. Return to Constanta

After connection, synchronization starts automatically.
