Agent Roles

Agent roles are ready-made sets of instructions and behavior styles for the AI agent.

What is a Role

A role defines:

  • Agent's communication manner

  • Specialization (sales, support, consulting)

  • Behavior rules and limitations

  • Typical work scenarios

Viewing Roles

  1. Go to Agent TrainingAgent Roles

  2. View list of available roles

  3. Click on a role to view details

Creating a Role

  1. Go to Agent TrainingAgent Roles

  2. Click Create Role

  3. Fill in parameters:

    • Name

    • Icon

    • Description

    • Instructions

  4. Click Save

Available Icons

16 icons are available for roles:

  • Specialists (support, sales, consultant)

  • Industries (medical, finance, technology)

  • General (star, chat, document)

Applying Role to Agent

  1. Open agent editor

  2. Go to Main tab

  3. Find Agent Role field

  4. Select role from list

  5. Click Save

Role instructions are added to agent's system instruction.

Sales Manager

Editing and Deleting

  • Editing — click on role, modify parameters, save

  • Deleting — click delete icon, confirm

Recommendations

  • Create roles for specific tasks

  • Test role in test chat before applying

  • Combine role with agent's system instruction
