Send Email

This action sends an email to the customer's email address.

Delivery Methods

With Template

Uses a pre-prepared email template.

With AI Instruction

AI generates email content based on instruction and dialogue context.

Configuration

1. Select action Send Email

2. Select method:

   • Template — select a ready template

   • AI Instruction — enter instruction for generation

3. Click Save

Example with Template

Condition: Customer requested commercial proposal

Template: "Commercial Proposal"

Example with AI Instruction

Condition: Customer interested in a service

Instruction:

Write a brief email describing the requested service.
Include main benefits and contact information.
Tone: business, friendly.

Requirements

• Customer email must be known (in Kommo contact)

• Email integration must be configured (Gmail or SMTP)
