Create Task

This action creates a task in Kommo for a manager.

When to Use

• Customer asks for a callback

• Information needs to be verified

• Manager action is required

Configuration

1. Select action Create Task

2. Enter Task Description

3. Select Assignee (optional)

4. Click Save

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Description	Task text that the manager will see
Assignee	Who to assign the task to (if not selected — current responsible person)

Example

Trigger condition:

Customer asks for a callback or leaves phone number for contact

Action:

• Description: "Call customer back — they requested a callback"

• Assignee: Current manager

Variables in Description

You can use dialogue data in the task description:

Call back customer {customer_name} at {phone}

Important

• Task is created in Kommo and linked to the deal

• Manager will receive a notification about the new task

• If assignee is not selected — task is assigned to current deal responsible person
