Change Deal Stage

This action moves a deal to a specified pipeline stage in Kommo.

When to Use

• Customer showed interest → move to "Interest" stage

• Customer agreed to a meeting → move to "Meeting Scheduled" stage

• Customer confirmed order → move to "Sale" stage

Configuration

1. Select action Change Deal Stage

2. Select Pipeline from the list

3. Select Stage from the list of stages in the selected pipeline

4. Click Save

Parameters

Parameter	Description
Pipeline	Sales pipeline in Kommo
Stage	Target stage where the deal will be moved

Example

Trigger condition:

Customer confirmed order or said "yes, let's proceed"

Action:

• Pipeline: Main Pipeline

• Stage: Sale

Important

• Pipelines and stages are synchronized from Kommo

• If pipelines don't appear — click "Sync" in Kommo settings

• Action only works if the deal already exists
