Assign User

This action assigns a manager as responsible for a deal or contact in Kommo.

When to Use

• Customer requested connection with a manager

• Customer is ready to buy — assign sales manager

• Technical issue — assign support specialist

Configuration

1. Select action Assign Responsible

2. Select User from the list of Kommo employees

3. Select Assignment Scope:

   • Deal only

   • Contact only

   • Deal and contact

4. Click Save

Parameters

Parameter	Description
User	Kommo employee who will become responsible
Scope	What to assign: deal, contact, or both

Example

Trigger condition:

Customer asks to call or connect with a manager

Action:

• User: Ivan Petrov (Sales Manager)

• Scope: Deal and contact

Important

• User list is synchronized from Kommo

• If users don't appear — click "Sync" in Kommo settings

• Assignment only works if the deal or contact already exists
