Response Language

The language setting determines what language the agent will use to respond to customers.

Operating Modes

The agent automatically detects the language of the customer's message and responds in the same language.

  • Customer writes in English → agent responds in English

  • Customer writes in Spanish → agent responds in Spanish

Fixed Language

The agent always responds in the selected language, regardless of the customer's language.

How to Configure

  1. Open the AI Agents section

  2. Select an agent

  3. Go to the Main tab

  4. Find the Response Language field

  5. Select Auto-detection or a specific language

  6. Click Save
